"Charles has been married to his wife Marjorie for 40 years and they have two adult children and three delightful grandchildren.

Charles is an ordained minister of the Baptist Union of Victoria and has been a pastor for more than 35 years, which has included serving on the home staff of the Australian Baptist Missionary Society (now Global Interaction) for 17 years.

Charles has been the lead pastor of our English congregation at MCBC since the beginning of March 2009. He has a passion to see our church continue to grow and to be a healthy and effective force for God in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and beyond.

Ricky has been the Youth Pastor of MCBC since 2006, and he will be serving as Associate Pastor for Chinese ministry starting in 2009. As the Associate Pastor he is responsible for all aspects of the church vision, including leadership, cell group ministry, preaching and teaching.

Ricky has a Masters Degree in Divinity from Bible College of Victoria, and is passionate about Christian spirituality, biblical counseling and experiential group work.

He is married to Kit and they love activities of all kinds.
